I am very happy to welcome the Honorable members of peer committee to my department and I have great honor to present before you the following summary of my department.

1. This library was started in the year 1967 (i.e. the inception of college). Late Sri Kendadamath and Sri Kulkarni served as librarian of this institution. Sri Kulkarni retired on 28-02-2003. Sri M K Sannabommaji served as Assistant Librarian and retired on 31-05-2016.
2. Presently working as a Librarian (SGL) Dr. Pandappa B Koppad and Library Assistant as Smt Anjana Pawar.
3. This library building built under U.G.C VI Plan.
4. The library is working from 00 Am to 4.30 Pm on all working days.
5. We have book collections 40666 as on 31-03-2023.
6. We are subscribing 16 learned periodicals and newspapers.
7. We are issuing one book to each student per week and we have also offer book bank facility. Under this scheme one book is issued to part-I, II students for final years students two books are issued.
8. We have valuable reference books like Encyclopedia of Science and Technology, International Encyclopedia of Social Science, Realm of Science and Standard Dictionaries, Atlases and rare books etc. in the library.
9. We are partially computerized, fully version is purchased that work is under process.
10. Inflibnet E-resources

A well-stocked Library has been established in the heart of college campus for the benefits of students and staff. The state-of-the-art Central Library is housed in a building. Library remains open on all working days from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Books are issued / returned from 9 AM to 2 PM.

The library is fully automated. We use E-LIB software providing Facilities.
