DEPARTMENT OF MATHMATICS History of Department The R.T.E. Society’s Arts, Science and Commerce college was established in the year 1967 with great efforts of the Taluka Education Society leaders Under Presidentship of Shri .V. k. Sawkar The Founder Principal Prof. K. G. Shastri had a broad vision for the Education Later in the Year 1968 Prof. G. S.kulkarni was the Principal and he was very interested in the developments of Science Course. Mathmatics Subject was Introduced in the Year 1969 for P.U.C Class Prof. S. A. Goudar was the first Staff member of the department In the Year 1974 Mathematics was Introduced a minor Subject for B.A and B.Sc Courses During these Years Prof. Miss. V. R. Devle was working In the Year 1975 Prof.C. G. Kichadi Joined the department Both these professors put the best efforts in the development of department
