RTES Degree College is established in 2009; RTES Alumni Association creates and maintains a life long connection between the Institute and its alumni. The college has a Registered Alumni Association. It meets periodically to discuss the ways and means to improve the academic environment of the college as well as to exchange views on the employment opportunities and scope for higher education alumni of the college contributed both financially and academically over the year in growth and development of the college. The amount collected by the Alumni has been utilized for the construction student’s bicycle stand, Teacher vehicle stand and enhancement of college canteen. The alumni of the college are holding very good positions in various department, they have been contributing immensely for the development of the college through their guidance and support. Interactions with them have always been beneficial to the college as it reduces the industry academic gap.

The interaction with the alumnae is more informal immature and mostly at departmental level. Various departments have frequent interaction with the alumni. They are invited to share their experiences with the current students helping them to get exposure on industry requirements and trend.
